Where Flavor Meets Nutrition

It’s hard to find a frozen yogurt that is both delicious and healthy.

Most frozen dessert products on the market are loaded with sugar, artificial flavors, and fats. They’re also high in carbohydrates and low in protein. So what do you do when you want something sweet without sacrificing your health?

Crèmily’s Strawberry Lion’s Mane French Frozen Yogurt is a healthy dessert option that will satisfy your craving without sacrificing your health or waistline! Our frozen yogurt is made from sheep milk and A2 milk, contains no added sugars, has 5g net carbs or less per serving, and packs over 6g of protein into every pint! We use real fruit instead of flavoring so our product tastes like fresh strawberries picked at their peak ripeness! And the lion’s mane mushrooms contain natural anti-inflammatory properties, which is great for fighting inflammation throughout the body while also supporting cognitive function.

Natural Protein

A2 Milk Benefits

Cow’s Milk can produce two types of protein, A1 and A2. A1 protein is a mutation of the A2 protein that occurred as a result of a genetic mutation in a group of cows thousands of years ago. A growing body of research shows that as many as 1 in 4 Americans show some level of lactose intolerance. Research suggests that for many Americans, it may be due to an inability to digest A1 protein, not lactose.

Fortunately, sheep never developed the A1 protein mutation, and as such, only produce milk with A2 protein.

 *A1 & A2 Protein Refer To A1 & A2 Beta-Case in Protein Types
